I regret not buying this sonner. It's really good ! The anime as well.Filled with great characters! ~ Hikari is very optimistic and wouldn't say no to any challenge! And trying her best to defeat Takshimi Kei, #1, (which is deeply in love with her, however she's very clueless),- fair and square.There are many other macnificent characters. They're all in the SA - the top 7 students.I recommend this to people that love shõjp ! The humor is great as well!

I loved it but it's gone

This little piece of visual entertainment is one manga I couldn't help but laugh at as the characters continuouslly harrass each other, i.e. the girl to the guy tring to get payback. Mainly the girl is trying to beat the guy in every opportunity at every competition, however she always comes up second place. What I found interesting is artwork, plot seems to be an original, and the hilariuous antics between the main characters. The whole thing started when the boy defeated the girl in a wrestling match. Since then the girl always came up second place behind the boy. The whole story revolves around the actions of the girl trying to beat him. As you can guess, the guy eventually starts developing feelings for the girl. It's difficult for me to say what I didn't like being that it is the first manga. I should be able to nick and pick something by the second volume. Till then I highly recommend this for your collection.

I decided to the purchase this manga after watching the anime. I know that the anime is never as good as the manga. That is definitely true here. I loved the anime and I am even more in love with the manga. The relationship between Hikari and Kei immediately grasps my attention. Why? Because I can relate to their competitive and slightly sarcastic relationship. For those who do not like a slow developing relationship, this story may not be for you. However, I still recommend giving it a chance. Something about their friendship and slow developing relationship helps make this series.

Story is great, better than the anime, would recommend. However it is clear that amazon does not treat used items too well, the book seems to be in excellent condition, other than the fact that the book is somewhat bent, seemingly from being stored that way for a while. Overall I am pleased though.
