This product comes completely assembled except for the armrests. All you have to do is remove all packaging. The battery is in shipping spot, needs label letting you know where it needs to be moved to. Has lots of get up and go. I love it. Comes with bag for the scooter and cup holder.

I received two left armrests. Called and told to send pictures and email. Did that and received no response to email and phone number appears to be disconnected. Disappointed.The one working armrest is designed poorly. Instead of being fixed it has a hinge that falls down in normal use. I want to love the portability of this and ease of use but am worried should I ever need replacement parts. So far it runs great.
