Exact fit, very quick delivery, even though much more expensjve than eBay!😁

The rails are a harder rubber than the stock T-pad and the ones I got were a bit deformed, you can fudge them in, for sure, but overall, the kit is not very hear T-pad quality. For $10 it'll do if you need a tray or the cover, but the cover is a barely-fit kind of deal and is a graphite/grayish black, not the darker black of the Lenovo, so you can tell it's a replacement. Comes with a bag of screws, but no circlip to hold the HD cover screw in or on, just locktite it and don't remove it often I guess.---------------Update Aug 2019: Bought another set for yet another T430. This time the door I received was almost exactly the Thinkpad black color, still fits kind of wonky, but it fits. Still no kept screw for the door, so make sure you locktite the threads. Also, the rails I received this time were soft rubber, not the hard-as-rock rubber of the last order. So, YMMV on what you get, but hopefully, they corrected the issues with the last batch.Update, Sept 2019: Door started rattling the other day, unscrewed and now see why. At some point, the material gave way and the boss for the screw broke out (see pics). This didn't happen when installing, it happened a few weeks after. From stress on the plastic I suppose. Just junk. I'd avoid this item, find another seller.UPDATE Oct 2021: Boss around holding screw broke out and door fell off. Again, material is VERY thin and brittle. Not for long-term use.

You have to force the plastic on despite it being delicate. No wonder drives never come with one. More retail tier disposable garbage.

Cover screw threads ripped after just a few turns. Would not go back in. Useless.

It is missing a long a screw and I can't secure the cap . Im returning it .
