Love it!!
I got it for my bf, He loves it. The clients feel comfortable in it. We’ve had it for 3 months and so far it’s been good. It was not hard to put together.

Sturdy chairs, a bit stiff and a little high...
Let me first start by saying that these chairs are shipped on a palette inside of a welded metal frame to ensure that they are not damaged, and although the packaging ensures that they arrive in good condition, you have to be aware that you are going to need some tools to unpack them.. some tools and a few very strong people, because the shipper does NOT bring them into the building for you and they are HEAVY. these chairs weigh about 250lbs each, so it takes some muscle to get them in place. My barbershop is not open yet, so have only had one customer in the chairs. They are super sturdy and comfortable, but I am a woman - 5 ft 4 with my boots on- and these chairs are HIGH. My 6ft tall customers are a reach up for me when they are sitting in these chairs, even on their lowest setting. I really wish I had been able to check these out on a showroom floor so I could determine that they were going to be too high, I'd probably have chosen another chair. That said, they look great, THEY ARE COMFORTABLE, they have a towel hook and a place to hang a cutting cape, which is nice. They lay back easily, but the chair itself is a bit stiff when I try to turn it. In all, I am not disappointed in these chairs, but I would probably have chosen different ones for myself because these are not going to be the most ergonomic for someone of my height.

Get this chair forget the copy cats
Don’t go for the copy cats that are cheaper this chair is LEGIT I bought two last year that were made by Artist Craft and they broke but the Lincoln chair is way better in quality and durability
