Easy@Home Rechargeable Wireless TENS Unit - EMS Muscle Stimulator

I had a Quell devise.. well I forgot it was on and got wet. Ive been looking for a replacement as close to a Quell. And I believe this is it! I have ordered a 2nd one also. The use w phone is much easier than the other manual one.. which would work where you can reach it. The phone use devise is great for your hard to reach places.. like lower back, or behind your shoulder.. ect..Anyways I did try to order a Quell again but they changed the requirements AGAIN and even w a drs prescrip. It would stillHave cost me $500-600 and still had to purchase the electrides. So, this is an excellent product. Thankyou for my pain relief.SM/ Florida

IT HAS STRENGTHS FOR MORE OR LESS STIMULATION ANDTHE BEST PART IS THERE ARE NOT WIRES YOU HAVE TO CARRY AROUND TO BE MOBILE. IT CHARGES QUICKLY AND THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH THE CONNECTION TO CHARGE IT AND THE PADS STAY ON YOU VERY WELL FOR AS LONG AS YOU WANT TO WEAR IT!! I HAVE TURNED ON MANY FRIENDS TO THIS PRODUCT AND THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING!!! WOW!!! THIS IS GREAT!!! THEY ALSO SELL ON AMAZON, EXTRA PADS AND THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE AND THEY SHIP THEM TO YOU QUICKLY. WHEN I COME HOME AFTER A LONG DAY AT WORK, I PUT THIS ON MY LOWER BACK AREA AND JUST LET IT TAKE ME INTO A RELAXED STATE. I OFTEN TAKE NAPS WITH IT ON AND IT ALWAYS PUTS ME TO SLEEP. I love that it beeps when the buttons are pressed so I can hear it when it's on my back where I can't see. The unit's charge lasts a long time, really surprised me. I'm glad to noy have to buy button cell batteries like my Icy Hot pad uses. I'm a fan of this product. Jury still out on how long the pad materials will last, but so far it's holding up fine.Original review: I've had an Icy Hot tens pad for about 10 years. It still works and I've only replaced the pad once-because I carelessly ripped it-my bad. I bought this Easy Home unit to have in case my Icy Hot quit. The control unit gives the strong pulsing that I want. The plastic pad is very thin. The sticky pads cannot be cleaned like the Icy Hot pads can. If Icy Hot still made their product, I would have bought another as a backup. Summing up-pulsing10, quality of pad-5. Maybe the pad will surprise me and last better than it appears.

I don't write a lot of reviews so when I do, it means I am really enjoying the product I'm using. This TENS unit is great - as the top review from the Harvard physician put it, most importantly, it is inconspicuous, and there are no dangerous leads to get in the way of going about your daily responsibilities. However, I've also found that the pain relief is superior to other TENS units I've used. I would really recommend this if you're living with any type of pain (for me, right now, sciatica). I bought the version that connects to your phone, which in my opinion was worth the extra money due to convenience (and if you are phone saavy, though the app is extremely easy to use). I really appreciate anything to relieve pain and am so grateful for this product :)

I have chronic back issues and can have bouts of pretty significant pain at the slightest thing, so I'm always at the ready w/ this little Easy Home TENS unit. No cords to limit your movement, it's battery operated (with extremely long life between charges!), easily hidden underneath clothing, and easy to operate. The pads stick well and can be reused over & over, especially if lightly rinsed and restuck to the plastic cover between uses. I can't tell you how many times this unit has provided me relief, even without medication. I have recommended it to friends & family on multiple occasions. It's a workhorse and well worth the money!

The device itself works well. I had read reviews complaining about the battery life, but I haven’t experienced any problems. You can choose for it to run for 10-60 minutes, increasing in 10 minute increments. When I’ve used it for an hour on a full charge, I typically throw it on the charger. I don’t think an hour is anywhere near how long the battery will last, though, since it’ll charge for maybe 20 minutes (0-100% battery takes 2 hours). I like the range of settings and intensity level.I love that it’s cordless since I can keep going about my day and moving around. The only gripe I have about the cordless feature is that it means there is a hard device in the area you put it. This is annoying for me since I use it on my mid-back a lot and having the device there means I can’t lean back if I’m sitting. I didn’t deduct any stars for this since it’s just an inconvenience that can be easily solved (e.g. go for a walk, laying on your side or stomach).I deducted two stars because of the electrode pad’s poor durability. In the quick reference manual, it says that it should last about 30 cycles. It also notes that you should not let it come in contact with water, whereas the complete manual says you can wipe it with a damp cloth from time to time. Every single time I have used this machine, I have wiped off the areas I’m applying it to with a wet rag and completely dried myself. I’ve also only ever touched the top of the pad (non-stick area), and I always place it on the protective plastic piece when not in use. Because it says to never let it come in contact with water on the quick reference, I’ve never cleaned the pad itself. I’ve used it 15 times thus far, and it’s started to fall off during treatment. I think this is really disappointing. I’ve been using it two times every day, so one pad lasts me about 2 weeks. At this time, replacement pads are available in a 4-pack for a little over $16. I think that’s pretty expensive when considering the actual lifespan of the pad.Big question: would I buy again? No. I bought it since it was recommended to be me by my PT. Looking at other devices, specifically those with cords, you get way more pads that still last for several uses and replacements are half the price for 5x the quantity. It’s nice for on the go, but it’s not budget friendly in the slightest. For that reason, I’m looking into returning it.

This was not very strong but helped some until it quit charging. There is a one-year guarantee but after contacting the seller, I have not received a response. I purchased a box of pads that I still have without a product to use them with.EDIT: I called the manufacturer EASY@HOME by phone. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they were unable to offer me a replacement under their warranty and product replacement guarantee. This product stopped charging for me. It was not cheap. I am NOT happy. They did offer me a partial refund which doesn't help me get a replacement. They suggested I call Amazon and if Amazon had it in stock, then they could possibly replace it for me. I went to chat and after a lengthy chat with BOT-like responses, I finally gave up as they said there was nothing they could do since it was outside the 30-day return window. I've heard that Amazon stands behind their sellers like Easy@Home since they fulfill their orders. In this case, this is not so. My only other option is to call back in a couple of weeks to see if EASY@HOME has caught up with their production. If this pandemic continues to get worse, then they will have failed to fulfill their guarantee if they cannot replace within the 1-year from the purchase which will be 5/30/2020.Easy@Home finally came through for me and sent me a replacement. I have arm pain and I go to bed with it every night so I can turn it on when my arm starts to hurt. This is really helpful for small areas. I have a larger tens unit with wires and it is a pain to use with all the wires, even though it is more efficient at relieving pain in areas larger than this small unit can reach. Very happy with the replacement.

I've encountered problems with my recently purchased device. Despite diligently following the recommended procedures, the device continues to malfunction.Specifically, even after ensuring the device is fully charged and firmly pressed against my skin, it has failed to function properly after just two uses over the span of two days. I have reached out to both Amazon and the Seller multiple times in pursuit of a replacement for a fully functional unit. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting confirmation on the replacement.Regrettably, the process to address and resolve this issue has proven to be overly complicated and, consequently, has become quite frustrating for me. However, I must express my disappointment with the overall process of requesting a replacement for the malfunctioning unit. There are several areas where improvements could be made:Difficulty Uploading Video: Uploading the requested video was a challenging and frustrating task, primarily because Amazon does not support the transmission of videos.Undeliverable Contact Email: The contact email provided, "[email protected]," printed on both the package and the manual, turned out to be undeliverable. Despite contacting several service agents, none could provide me with the correct email address. Eventually, after researching it on my own, I found "[email protected]," which allowed me to communicate. However, I was informed that this email was not for the relevant department. Even now, I am unsure of the correct contact email address.Ineffective Customer Service: Throughout this process, I had to engage with over five customer service agents. Unfortunately, most of them did not take the time to understand the issue before engaging with me, leading to repetitive explanations of the problem. Furthermore, one agent's attitude was notably rude.Despite these challenges, I do appreciate the assistance provided by your team in resolving the issue with the malfunctioning device.Thank you for your attention to these matters. Hab es gegen meine Schulter-Nackenverspannungen gekauft und ich bin positiv überrascht. Es ist einfach in der Anwendung. Man kann es allein anbringen und ablösen. Es ist groß genug und hält was es verspricht. Nach mehrmaligen Anwendungen klebt es immer noch gut.

Having used ones with wire in the past this is a blessing. It works really well and love that I can turn it on via my phone by an app. It does definitely help my pain but it returns as soon as it stops. That's down to my back issues not the product. I would imagine its fantastic on muscle pain etc. It sticks very well, had no issues with that. I would definitely recommend it because if something can ease pain it's always worth a try.
