nice weight, not too heavy, not too light, just perfect for relieving neck and shoulder pain. I like the cotton materialand buy the unscented ones. I like that u can also use as moist heat by spraying a mist of water to wrap before microwaving, I feel it works a little better than dry, but love how u can use as a dry heat or a moist heat and does not damage the wrap or seeds inside. I like mine hot so I heat them for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side and it doesn't burn but do not over burn, all microwaves vary, start out with a minute or so on each side first and go from there, heat a little more on each side if still not hot enough , you will feel less muscle tension wearing these after work or just when ever u feel tension in the neck and shoulders, can use for any where lower back pain too. I use the neck wrap at the massage studio. It's perfect and has absolutely no odor (it contains organic flax). It's heavy probably 3-4 pounds but very well constructed. I have not used it heated, but it is perfect for a relaxing massage. I can not comment on how it works, feels or smells once heated.

I ordered this for a family member who suffers from migraines. It helped her to loosen tight muscles and even though it is unscented, it is nice to smell the heated Flax Seeds, very comforting. I recently used the eye pillow for a sore joint in my left shoulder, and it was rather effective. I would definitely recommend this product :)!

I had another flaxseed neck pillow that was perfect, but after many years it needed an upgrade. This flaxseed pillow is narrow in diameter and doesn't support my neck very well. I'm still looking for the perfect pillow.

The neck wrap is very good quality and stays warm for a decent amount of time. What I found absolutely amazing was the eye pillow it comes with after being placed in a baggie then in the refrigerator for a couple hour it stayed cold for an extremely long time! In the past I would sometimes use a cold damp wash cloth to alleviate the pain associated with migraine or sinus headaches. The eye pillow stays cold for so much longer than any washcloth ever has. Purchased this for the neck wrap, and like it a lot , but absolutely love the eye pillow.

the quality is good, but the wrap is woefully small. made for a child? loses heat in a couple of minutes and weighs next to nothing, comparatively speaking. the wrap i had before was huge, nice weight on the neck and stayed hot for a good while. wish i could find it...

This neck wrap, eye mask and eye pillow is really great for the price! When this product first arrived, I did notice a light smell (very light) but it's not a perfume, it's the actual flax seed so it doesn't bother me (and I'm sensitive to smells). The seller also said that it was the flax seed. Actually once I use the neck wrap I don't even smell it anymore. I also get headaches real bad, and now that I have this eye pillow and neck wrap, it's a complete difference. It really helps more than any other things I tried, in relieving the headache pain. I usually use it cold (the eye pillow) then I use the neck wrap heated, and hold it on my face. Also, I feel extremely relaxed when I use the eye pillow while having a migraine. It's awesome. The one minor thing is I wish it was a little lighter on my neck, but it's not a big deal. Also, I heated this neck wrap for about 2 minutes, but I did it in increments (which it says to do in description). Really happy with the purchase!!!
