Customer Service Outstanding
The quality is good for the price. However the pictures were misleading as to the style. I called upon receiving and they were very quick to resolve my issue. I will definitely be a return customer in the future

Not the same model advertised but beautiful nonetheless
This is a beautiful pice of art handcrafted in the US for the last 40 years and it is a great briar pipe indeed, regrettably the picture advertised is a Dublin model the one that I received is a straight one with curved steam, not the one that I expected but I opted to keep it nonetheless. The rustic finish is beautiful and really pleasant in the hand.
