Best non-stick I’ve ever used
I’ve bought and thrown out numerous sets of non-stick pans. Even the nicer Green Pans and Bialetti pans have never stood up to normal daily use. I’ve always taken good care of them and hand-washed only, but their sub-par manufacturing and materials simply deteriorate quickly. However, the first time you hold a Scanpan in your hands, you know this is the tank of non-stick pans. It performs amazingly, cleans effortlessly, and hold its beautiful finish better than any nonstick pan I’ve used. The cost may be prohibitive for those on a strict budget but for the number of pans I’ve had to throw out due to their quick demise, I’d highly recommend spending the extra bucks on this quality pan.

High quality pan... Little more work to clean as shouldn't be washed in dishwasher, but that is the case with any high end kitchen gadget.

Delivers everything promised
I've owned them all -- All Clad non-stick, stainless, and Zwilling ceramic (the worse). The Scan Pan does not need oil, can be washed in the dishwasher if necessary and resists scratches from metal utensils. WOW. I also bought a CS model from Sur La Table -- it is their moniker on a commercial version of the CTX.

Best pans ever
I steam a lot of vegetables and the pots hold heat beautifully. As soon the water starts to steam, I put on the top and turn off the heat. Pots and pans fit burners perfectly for even heat distribution. I have discarded all other pots and pans.

Simply the best all around pan
They are not kidding when they say durable and nonstick. If you are only going to have one pan, this is the one. It does it all.

Not Induction Ready
The description clearly stated these were Induction ready. These are not the ones that the listing shows. Returning and will re order the correct pans.

good product if you don't need warranty help
I bought three different sizes and they are amazing to use. The non-stick surface is flawless and everything wipes right out.. One of the pans (10 1/2") has started to flake in the middle of the pan. I reached out to the seller several months ago with no response and have now contacted ScanPan Denmark directly. Hope to hear something soon.
