It’s best when accompanied with actual chocolate and I find myself WANTING to mix it into my meals. But I found if you use tiny amounts (like, not even 1/4 of a scoop) consistently, once a day, a few days out of the week, you’ll be GOLDEN. I feel amazing and I can actually ~do what I gotta do~ in the bathroom regularly! Since I’m using smaller portions it’s going to last me way longer than normal, so I feel I got a good deal. I do not recommend mixing this with just straight water, the powder is very fine so it just tastes like bad water with no added texture. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LOVE the taste & benefits! *by N***S on March 8, 2019* I have been a vegan for 30 years and eat mostly a raw and balanced diet so I don't take daily vitamins. I recommend this product wholeheartedly! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A nice supplement for vegans into beauty... *by J***E on July 18, 2021* I typically add this powder to my post-workout smoothies (frozen banana, spinach, almond milk, peanut butter). The container is only filled about 1/2 way with powder which is annoying considering the price. The powder also smells kind of weird (very sweet and almost yeasty). I don't think that the taste is that bad, but I will say that it is a little bit thick and creamy in a weird but not completely intolerable way. It tastes way better mixed into something and I don't think I'd want to drink it just in milk or water on its own. I'm almost finished the container I have and I definitely notice that my fine, slit-ends hair has gotten a lot softer and shiner. My nails are stronger and grow a lot faster as well, and my skin also looks a bit more vibrant.
