Blows Away the Junk you can get at Home Depot) *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 9, 2014* Currently:This thing is fairly expensive. I don't expect it to stop working exactly 6 days past the warranty period but here I am. The support people are rude and extremely unhelpful. Finding parts is, well, almost impossible. I did some troubleshooting and the off/vent/make steam switch failed. Off works. Vent (for purging steam before refilling while hot) works, but it won't heat as that side of the switch is now very iffy. The green power light will turn on sometimes in the heat position but the element won't come on unless you hold the switch just right while pushing in. For a company named "Reliable" and the high cost I expected better. If I manage to finally find and order a switch, I will update this post. Giving it 2 stars as it did work though the warranty period if just. When it works, it cleans well, but if it doesn't work it's a nice boat anchor.My initial review:This thing rocks. Sure its expensive but worth every penny so far. I can clean my living room floor, kitchen floor, and dining room floor and still not run out of steam. My house is 100% tile and this thing will clean it. I have 2 kids and there are a few things it won't get up (like stickers) but if you park on that stuff for about 10 seconds and then move on - when you walk across it in a few seconds as you continue to clean just bend down and scrape it off with a finger. It will soften stuff like that to the point it will come right off. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is one slight annoyance. Half the time when I try to pull this thing around the hose comes slightly unplugged from the unit. And it won't work until you go push it back in fully. And I'm not talking about room to room movement; just ordinary cleaning and you run out of hose length and need the unit to move about a foot to 2 feet so you can keep going. If they could fix that, this would be 5 of 5 for me. I also haven't had the tool disconnection issue like some users reported - seems to work OK for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ it really is a great tool for cleaning a wide range of stuff *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 26, 2015* Been using this for some time now, it really is a great tool for cleaning a wide range of stuff. Hell, when I was in the bathroom cleaning the tiles with it I saw my toothbrush and blasted the bristles too!Great for carpets and floors. Really makes the house feel cleaner. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a steam cleaner. It's light enough to carry (for a man) and blast steam as well. The accessories are FANTASTIC. No shoddily made accessories here. You can tell they put a lot of thought and time into refining them.I'm giving it 4/5 stars simply because during the first 5-8 times of use, the steam "smelled" a little weird. Not bad, but just had an unusual smell to it. Since then, it's slowly going away. That's just being a bit picky on my part, however I also thought that this could use a bit more steam pressure. Really blast into the thick carpet that way. It still gets in there but you have to move the thing slowly over the carpet to be effective.Overall, it's a nice device and worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ EnviroMate E3 Steam Cleaner *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 15, 2014* I am very, very satisfied with the EnviroMate E3 Steam Cleaner. It's lightweight, has a good cord length, and most important of all, it holds its pressure VERY well. I have never had to wait for the steam pressure to build up while cleaning my tile floors - and I have a 2000 sq ft house with tile floors in every room but one small bedroom. It was easy to assemble the hoses, is simple to clean.The one and only suggestion I would have relates to a small safety item. When switching the different hoses and fittings, you push a button forward and the hose will slide out. Nice concept, except it's quite tight and comes out rather fast and unexpectedly. My remedy (after putting a quite nasty gash in my thumb doing this) was to simply push the button holding a small cloth around my hand.
