These scissors are amazing! I would not consider them safety scissors or for small children though. For adults, I’d say if you have large fingers these may not be for you, but if you have small hands or slim fingers, they should work great. They are very sharp and the little cover makes a nice sound when it’s in place. A great pair of small scissors for traveling or just regular use.

Bought these pretty little scissors to keep in my knitting bag. They are extremely sharp. I tried cutting several items from thread to thick yarn (as well as paper and cardboard) and they cut quickly and cleanly. The handles are comfortable, and the cover keeps them clean and safe in a bag. After trying one pair, I bought more to keep with all my projects as well as a pair to keep in my suitcase for travel.

I purchased these for a trip. Very sharp and used them to cut adhesive tape. The guard made taking these safe. Recommend them.

These are sharp and operate smoothly, offering a well balanced resistance without feeling stiff. Material and build seem good, and they come with a cover for the blades which is nice but also super necessary.They are super sharp and needle point, like piercing/stabbing pointy. I don’t have any adult scissors in my house that are this pointy, they all have a blunt tip. I suppose that makes these well suited to very precise work but at this size, they are for young kids’ hands. My hands are very small but I could only get one finger in each loop. So I’m not sure that a kid who would hold these comfortably would (a) have the fine motor coordination for the level of precision made possible with needlepoint scissors or (b) have the maturity to use these safely. They definitely require closer supervision, especially if there are even younger siblings who might want to try.

Ok, I have dogs and I'm constantly cutting matts and other "stuff" off of them with my small scissors. I wanted a pair that I can use to cut sauce or seasoning pouches for food... for me! I was tired of wondering what cross contamination I was going to deal with and the cover on these keeps them nice and safe. Now I have MY scissors and the dogs have theirs... life is good.

Bought 2 pairs. I had one of these scissors from yrs ago. Could never find again. ?.Until Amazon had photo of them because they're for "kids"! Never thought of that! So handy for sewing repairs & in the kitchen. Again, thank you!]
