So I went for this toothbrush in which I can use a rechargeable AA battery. I have been using this for over 1 year now and I recharge the AA batteries probably once every 3 to 4 weeks, which is a bliss compared to the pain I had with recharging the oral B electric one daily. If the battery performance deteriorates over the next year or so, I simply have to change the rechargeable batteries (even the ones we get for a £ in poundland needs charging only around every 3 weeks!).I get all the essential features that I got in my previous Oral B toothbrush like including 30000 strokes per minute, 2 minute timer, 3 brushing modes. Only feature that this one lacked compared to the previous oral B one is the light indicator when we press a bit hard on the teeth. It would have been a good feature to have but I can live without it. I didn't find any issues with the shape of this brush head compared to the round brush heads from Oral B. Overall I have been really happy with this toothbrush and would happily recommend this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A dental gem *by S***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 May 2016* For such a reasonably priced electric toothbrush, this is quite powerful.
