Reduced swelling and clicking of joint. Provides more room in the joint. Followed recommendation to take 3 per day and all at the same time for maximum effectiveness. Works like a miracle for me. May not be as effective for everyone.

These tablets gave great great results for at lease three persons in my family.

Good product

I was diagnosed with OA 10 years ago and since there I have tried everything under the Sun with no results. I bought this product following the reviews at ConsumerLab.com. I had high hopes, only to be disappointed in the end. The clicking is still there and so is the pain, zero change. I started with the recommended dosage and worked my way up to 8 a day (4 in the am and 4 in the pm). I have come to the conclusion that nothing works for my condition and I have to live with it until the day that I will have no choice but to go under the knife. I am looking into another option (and this will be my last attempt), and that is Youngevity. Supposedly they have this program that encompasses lots of products and a change in my diet. The problem is that it's expensive, and for me to work (IF it does at all) it will take around $400 a month. Not really cheap is it? And again, there are never any guarantees that this will work either. Meanwhile, I keep going on with the pain...

2nd time to buy. Good for the long expiry date to 2020.

I bought this for my husband. He said it helps his knees. The pain is gone. I may try it myself. It's kind of pricey.

The package is good upon arrival

This product also contains sodium. Quoting Webber Naturals website, "Glucosamine sulfate contains sodium salt as a stabilizer to prevent moisture absorption." Specifically, this contains 200 mg of sodium per capsule and 600 mg per daily dosage.Dietary guidelines recommend against too much sodium intake. The Mayo Clinic states, "The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend limiting sodium to less than 2,300 mg a day — or 1,500 mg if you're age 51 or older, or if you are black, or if you have high blood pressure, diabetes or chronic kidney disease.Keep in mind that these are upper limits, and less is usually best, especially if you're sensitive to the effects of sodium."In other words, taking this supplement as recommended will give you 26% of your recommended sodium limit if you have no aggravating health risks or 40% of the recommended sodium limit if you do have the health risks listed above.I stopped taking the supplements so I can't speak to whether the supplement provides any health benefits. I am frankly disappointed that a dietary supplement fails to mention the amount of sodium it contains, as that seems to be a dietary concern many health-conscious people share.
