The use several products from DFH but the Paleo Fiber RS might be my favorite. It has helped with my gut health and aided in regular bowel movements.

I love it!

My doctor recommended I take resistant starch for my gut. This one is the best on the market. It has the added benefit of keeping me regular. I first heard about it in a Dr Mark Hyman article. Dissolves easily, taste is pleasant. I take it in a shot glass

I bought this product to use in my shake on the days I will fast. I felt it was top quality and it does add that little something extra to keep me full until my mid day meal. I would recommend this product. I like that it is Gluten Free and Dairy Free that is important to me.

I started using this when my other brand of resistant starch was out of stock. It doesn't have much taste, isn't gritty, and didn't cause me any stomach distress other RS don't. It blends well and fully into shakes, which is the only way I have tried it.

Product description says "60 servings," but package label says "30 servings." I bought this product because I wanted a 30-day supply. Never again.

As part of the metabolic diet and have not yet had time to determine results but do like the convenience of being able to put one scoop and not have to measure two other ingredients to achieve the same.
