You have to go in and change administrative preferences and all this other nonsense. It can be done, but not simply. Or you have to buy a 3rd party uninstaller. Why a new program cannot just go in and annihilate all files from the previous security program is confusing, but there it is. Secondly, I tried to install this on my Fire since I had one available device left. Nope. You have to download Google Play and I could not find this on desertcart Apps. desertcart uses a different version of Android made specifically for them. Oh well.......the Fire is a throwaway device so no big deal. Our two IPads do not need 3rd party security, just our HP's.
