She wears 18 month clothing. Rolled up the legs and arms, and did not fold down the clear visor part of the hood. As expected the hood went over her eyes but the clear plastic made it somewhat possible for her to see out. My son who is 3 has had two Tuffo suits but my daughter’s size was not available 2 day shipping for a Tuffo so I opted for this cheaper version. It kept her dryer than just a raincoat but her shirt and legs were still wet after an hour or so of out in the rain and puddle jumping while my son who was wearing the Tuffo was completely dry. If you are just walking in light rain it probably do the job but for the Pacific NW or wetter climates I would stick to a Tuffo suit.
