Not As Described
I purchased a polished brass shower head. While the box I received indicated that is what was sent, when I opened the box to install it, what I found inside was a chrome-colored, mostly plastic one. Very disappointing. Returned.

Powerful Shower head - Lots of Water Flow
Im so glad I upgraded to this shower head. It produces a nice heavy flow of water and the head is made of solid brass. It is so hard to find fixtures in solid brass these days! I was lucky to find this shower head on Amazon. It matches perfectly with the current brass fixtures in my upscale bathroom. You just can't find this kind of quality at the mass home improvement stores. Thanks Amazon!

It works well. However, I wish the water saver feature were removable since we have low water pressure here.

Failed after less than 1 year, and non-existent Customer Service
The 2 GPM showerhead one day became a HUGE flow (4-5GPM) and used up all the hot water in 5 minutes. Contacted customer service 3 times over 2 months for warranty. Got NO response. Great product when it works. But the "warranty" is bs, and it fails within 1 year.

Speakman still delivers.
Replaced my old speakman. Still the majority most solid shower head around. Easy to remove the water restrictor. Plenty of water pressure.
