Way better condition than I expected.
All in all, it's a phone. Came with one scratch on the back and its tiny. Super stoked about it. Everything works great and is super fast Verizon got me out the door in 10 mins, and the battery life is amazing my brother with the iPhone 6 is at 4% when I'm chilling at 82% very happy.

Pleasantly surprised
I was skeptical about buying a used phone from Amazon. I tried buying a used phone once before and it was a bad experience. I have to say I am loving this phone. Received the phone and it was in perfect condition. Works like new. Battery seems a little bit lacking but im also on my phone. A. LOT. Very happy with this purchase.

A great phone, unfortunate that it died in less than 24 hours
The best phone I've ever owned until I woke up to a "Black Screen of Death" which could not be remedied with Samsung's suggested soft/hard resets. It is now an expensive paperweight waiting to be returned (credit to Amazon for honoring the refund). Amazon's "Renewed" devices certainly look the part, clean out of the box with an original Samsung quick charger, but it will be hard to overlook this experience in the future.

A SUPER AMAZON DEAL
This a SUPER AMAZON buy if you can find one. Not the latest, but everything you need if you are not a techie freak.Takes excellent pictures, works very smoothly, and easy to use overall. The biggest problem is getting set up with whatever your selection of signal provider might be. A very high-quality product. Best high grade cell phone you can find for the price on the net in my opinion. Thanks Amazon.

the phone came and was exactly as described, I charged it and took it to Verizon ,they installed a sim card and transferred my contact info over from my S5 and sofar it works great .

Not impressed
The first one sent had a terrible battery and had to be plugged in multiple times a day. The second one had a reasonable battery but the headphone jack doesn't work, the headphones fall out. And now the screen is cracked neear the charging port. Not durable at all.
