Used for the treatment of constipation in adults and children aged 8 years and above. This medicine is a powder that you dissolve in a glass of water (atleast 1.7 fl oz) and drink. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours to work. How to take Forlax: Adults and children over 8 years. The recommended dose is one to two sachets per day, preferably taken as a single dose inthe morning.The daily dose can be adjusted according to the effect obtained and may range from one sachet every other day (especially in children) to up to a maximum of two sachets per day.Dissolve the contents of the sachets in a glass of water (at least 50 ml) immediately before use and drink the liquid. Great for postpartum
It was a lifesaver for my first two weeks postpartum. I wish I knew of it when I was pregnant. I wasn’t able to find an otc laxative that can be used longer than 7 days without adverse effects. It’s mild, effective, and I haven’t noticed any adverse effects.

Ingredients not listed - sorbitol and BHA
Of course, I could not return this for medical safety reasons I'm sure. I understand that, but... I was very interested in getting macrogol 4000 as opposed to Miralax 3550. HOWEVER, there was no listing of the ingredients in this product on Amazon whatsoever, so I went ahead and got it. Only on receiving it did I discover that it contained both BHA and sorbitol, both of which I really need to avoid. So I have wasted $20. The seller should at least have a full listing of the ingredients.

Packaging entirely in Russian
All of the packaging was written in Russian, with no translation. Tasted different, definitely don't want to give this to anyone in my family so it went in the trash. Don't order from this business.
