15 tray metal die storage Do the shelf’s slide in and out easy

Yes but you may have to do a little sanding first. Hubby had to sand the top and bottom shelves of all the three units that I bought. As to how easily the shelves slide, the shelves are fine but makes the difference is how high up or low down to your body the unit is and your angle of reach e.g. high up and it's tricky pulling out horizontally with a totally smooth action - silly but if affects how you view "easy".

Question 2

What glue would i use to asseble this. That would do the job and not toomessy

Hi,  
Any good quality wood glue will be sufficient to hold the unit together.  They are all much the same but something like Evo Stick Wood Glue or similar.  We  would recommend  you do a dry fit first to make sure you are happy with how the parts fit together.  Hope this is helpful.

Question 3

What’s the size of this unit please (h, w and d) and whats the gap between shelves - can u fit a magnetic sheet and dies on both sides of the shelves?

The dimensions of the 15 Tray Metal Die Storage Unit are 15 Tray is 325mm High x 330mm Wide x 320mm Deep (approx).  The gap between the shelves is approximately 12mm.  You can put a magnetic sheet on both sides.  Hope this is helpful.

What type of adhesive do people use to secure the magnetic sheets to the mdf

I applied just low-tack glue-dots, easily removeable later, to see how things went. They were fine for weeks because a magnetic sheet has some weight by itself and so it doesn't need much to stop it possibly shifting a little if accidentally nudged. Eventually I glued magnetic sheets down firmly, using either medium-tack craft glue spread all over the sheet, or a few dabs at the edges only of ultra-high-tack construction glue - and both methods work.
