My PCP has been trying to get me to go on a statin medication for several years but I resisted. A friend told me about Red Yeast Rice so I decided to give it a try. When I told my Dr. what I planned to do he said I should try it for 90 days and then get tested to see if it was working. I took 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night. I Waited 45 days and when I got the results back I was shocked! It dropped 50 points exactly! My Dr, said this is because it contains a natural statin. I was skeptical when I first started using it but no longer...it really works.Update 5/7/2020 My cholesterol has dropped a total of 80 points using ONLY this product. I reduced my dosage from 4 a day to 2 capsules.Update 2/8/2021 Recent lab results show my cholesterol is still good. No more nagging from my PCP!

My husband has been on cholesterol meds for 25 years, and his numbers stayed high. He also has pain all over his body due to arthritis, and the statin meds gave him more weakness in his legs and pain in his shoulders and back. His numbers are below 200, and less pain. He only takes two tabs a day. They recommend 6 a day.
