It’s a little harder to hook than the videos made it out to be but it works. Of course, my trailer parking area is on a concrete slab which is slightly up hill with bin-10 (basically gravel). It worked but took a bit of effort. I believe it will work perfect on flatter ground and will save me from trying to park my cargo trailer with my RV.

After getting the run around from the extremely unprofessional meth heads at Trailer Butler for 9 weeks I received a refund and purchased a Parkit360. I am very happy with the performance of the Parkit360, shipping was fast too. It moves my 4000 lb camper better than I anticipated on packed dirt and packed gravel. The option to use the tongue jack instead of the ball attachment is a huge convenience and provides great stability. The only bad thing I have to say about this trailer dolly is the price, it is very expensive. Build quality is great but double check the lug nuts, mine had a couple loose ones.

The machine works fine. However, it was advertised as being able to pull up to a 5,000 lb. trailer. My trailer is 3,600 lbs. Hence, the machine is useless to me and it's too late to return it.

Use this to help me hitch, unhitch and place my Happier Camper in just the right Spot. A bigger, stronger, younger person could shove my lightweight trailer around alone but not I and it gives me the Independence to do my own thing, love it!

This product was advertised as something that can help you move a trailer. We tried using this item to move our trailer and this device made things more difficult. It cannot balance itself and you have to fight with it just to keep it from dropping your trailer. We tried multiple times to see if there was a learning curve and this was a mistake. You are more likely to hurt yourself using this. Not worth the price whatsoever.

Trailer is just under 5K and this thing moves it around my gravel driveway with no problems. It won't do the small uphills, but you're told that going in. Love it. Saves a lot of aggravation.
