Walker 31374 Exhaust Pipe Flange Gasket for Toyota RAV4

Replaced the cat to rear exhaust gaskets on both sides of my 2002 Lexus LS430 with a P0420. These gaskets were a perfect fit and resolved my exhaust leak that was triggering the P0420 check engine light for the catalytic converters. It's worth mentioning that my P0420 was not accompanied with any other codes. If you have other codes, address those issues before troubleshooting the P0420, this recommendation goes for any make/model of vehicle with a P0420 code. The previous owner had unsuccessfully tried to resolve the leak with one of those putties/goops to "fix" the exhaust leak. With gasket replacement taking 15-20 minutes per side it's hard to imagine that the goops were any cheaper or easier to apply while getting a worthwhile repair of the issue. Overall, these gaskets are worth a shot if you have a P0420 CEL.

Walker exhaust parts just work. They are for most vehicles an upgrade replacement to OEM, and solve some of the failure points of the OEM equivalent. Basically use their website to figure out what you need then put the number in on Amazon and you'll be good!

I've never reviewed an exhaust gasket before, so I thought I'd prevent it from becoming a "bucket list" item. The gasket was flat and perfectly round. It appears to have sealed the flanges in my exhaust pipes completely and I have no leaks. It continues to stay in place and perform its job. It is a well-behaved gasket and presents no aggressive behaviors nor odd personality quirks. I would buy it again and would recommend it to family members. Based upon my other current choices, I might even nominate it for President. Buy this gasket.
