They worked in my Ryobi G0529 12V cordless drill batteries. You need to be able to take out the hex tamper-proof screws, wire cut the old terminals, strip the wires and attach new spade leads, then trim about 1/8 off the tabs on the new battery to make them narrower, crimp everything on, solder if necessary, and pack it all in again. My first one took a couple hours to figure everything out, then second one about 30 min.

Both batteries for my 10+ yr old Ryobi drill died and they're no longer sold by Home Depot or other retailers. I ordered this battery pack and within 10 minutes I was able to disassemble the battery case, install the battery pack and re-assemble and it works well, confirmed it holds a charge. You will need an unusual tool bit to open the battery case.
