Looks Great
It’s a good step. It discourages people from parking as close as they would have. It does give additional protection to the rear bumper and it looks really nice. It’s a great, inexpensive, first upgrade.

Saved me money Twice!
I drive a Ford Explorer which as must know the tail end is mostly plastic or fiberglass and all it takes is a touch to cost thousands of dollars in repairs because I have a special pearl white finish. It was bent once in a parking lot that I didn't notice until later but two days ago I was rear-ended on the highway and it did bend the hitch bumper all the way to the car. But there is not a scratch on my car and for this price I just had a brand new one delivered today from Amazon. The BMW that rear-ended me however is looking at thousands of dollars of repair because their front grill is in bad shape.I highly recommend this product. I did not even stick around for an accident report because I knew it was easier to just replace this item. Saved my truck twice!

Very nice addition
Well packed, nice size. Looks great. For a tighter fit into the receiver, you may want to look at the receiver u-clamp made by Rino.

Great "hitch step" that serves as a bumper bumper ... but it could be even better
Bought this as a gift for a friend who needed a little extra protection from careless parallel parkers in the city -- folks bump into cars regularly, so he wanted something to protect the bumpers and paint on his VW Golf wagon. First, the hitch step installs in a jiffy -- just slip it into the 2" receiver (which he and I installed last summer) and slide the included lock pin through it and slip the (included) cotter pin through that. Tada! Done. Well ... you could also install the (included) anti-rattle contraption ... but, I'll be honest, it didn't work that well. (I would un wrapping the shank of the hitch with some electrical tape before inserting it into the receiver ... that took up most of the slack and at least muffled any noises ... then I installed the anti-rattle setup. Oh, and I got a locking pin for it, because ... well ... he'll be parking in the city, where anything that isn't locked will probably be stolen ... but that's optional, depending on where you live.Overall, the aluminum tube is pretty sturdy and good looking with an attractive semi-flat wrinkle finish, plus a durable-looking rubber pad that provides decent traction when stepping on it. The 36" version that I bought for him looks great on the back of his VW Golf wagon -- almost like it was designed for it. Its ruggedness really adds to the car, the black finish matches his white w/black trim VW, and the contours blend well with the shape of the car's back bumper cover. He (and I) are super pleased with the appearance. So, what could be better?First, it has plastic end caps. As others have commented, these aren't likely to last long. (Someone mentioned they've lost several of them). My friend hasn't lost his caps yet, but I warned him it's likely. I can't help but wonder: why didn't they just tack weld a couple aluminum disks to the end, so they wouldn't ever break or get lost? I get it that the plastic ones probably save the company a few pennies, but a couple small aluminum disks hardly seem expensive, and tacking them in place would take about 10 seconds per unit.Second, because the hitch step (which I prefer to refer to as a "bumper bumper") comes straight off the receiver, it actually sits below the bumper of most vehicles ... which isn't as ideal when someone gets too close to whatever vehicle it's installed in. I get it: this isn't strictly designed to prevent damage to one's bumper, but that's what a lot of people seem to buy them for ... especially in the longer 24" and 36" (like this one) sizes. So, in my ideal world, Go Rhino would have the tube sit atop the shank ... or maybe have a slight vertical riser welded to the shank and the bottom of the tube. (Fwiw, I tried to compensate for this by buying him a 4" riser adapter, but the problem with that was that it moved the hitch step/bumper bumper about 4" away from the bumper, which ... while good for helping protect the vehicle ... looked awkward and would make it harder for him to park. So, if Go Rhino made it rise up 2-4" without making it stick way out from the vehicle (unless someone wanted to, via extra mounting holes in the shank), that would be ideal.Other than those two nits that I've picked, it's really a great buy. Someone else pointed out in their review that theirs got hit and a bit mangled, because it's only a thin-walled tube. But if it gets mangled instead of the car's actual bumper, that's money well spent. Granted, to provide protection, it probably needs to be spaced away from the bumper an inch or more, which my friend didn't like as much (and I agree that, aesthetically, it looks better close to the bumper). But as others have pointed out, its mere presence seems to discourage others from getting too close to their vehicles, so maybe that will be the case for my friend, too.Overall, it's a good looking bumper bumper / hitch step and the price wasn't bad.Oh, one more thing: his is nice an level. Some folks complained about theirs being off by a degree or so, but the one I bought isn't. If it had been, I probably would have used a floor jack to try to "lift"/bend the low side up a bit ... but didn't have to worry about it.If I had a car that needed such protection -- or an actual step -- I'd definitely buy one of these again.

This Go Rhino 360T hitch step installed easily, weld geometry very good. Sturdy. Looks great.
Sturdy to stand on. No interference with parking sensors or back-up camera. I noted some reviewers complained of poor weld geometry, but no problem here. I noted some lateral movement after initially installing, which is unavoidable to prevent binding within the receiver. For this I fitted two thin plastic spacers which reduced that concern. I applied silicone grease to the threads of the supplied bracket bolt and also within the receiver to inhibit corrosion binding over time (In Minnesota winters and road salts). I also noted a reviewer or two who said moisture entered the tube so I applied some silicone sealant to the plastic inserts that close both ends of it. Very happy with this product.

Looks uneven when installed
The one I received arrived very well packaged and free of any obvious damage to the shipping packaging. upon installing the product however it was instantly clear to me that for some reason It was uneven it seemed to slope towards the passenger side of my vehicle as can be seen in the photos I've included. It also seemed to angle further away from the car on the passenger side. I reported this through amazon and was asked if id like to receive a replacement. I decided for the sake of seeing if this was just the one i received or if it is a common thing I when ahead with this. after receiving the second one and installing it it was ever clear to me that this is an issue with multiple units as I have a smaller bumper guard similar to this that does not have this issue. Lastly it weighs nothing which is concerning to me considering the smaller step I have that I was intending to replace this with weighs more the both of the two I received combined. again not sure how much I trust this product to do anything its advertised to do but as long as your receive one that's not all weird like mine it does look good I guess.TLDR: The product seems good quality looks good alone however as soon as its installed if its messed up like the ones I received it looks bad and I was very surprised with how light weight it is and for that reason I do not know that I trust it. Personally I will be returning this because of the defects the two I received came with. Purchase at your own risk.

Meh. No great - not terrible. Does the job!
Finest fit hitch well. Lots of rattling and movement. Needed to by a clamp to secure it. Also interferes with the back up sensors on my Jeep. So that’s annoying. ( just a comment for awareness , do assume this is the case for most of these product types )Good width to create a good step even with rear spare tire intact ( which is what drew me to this model).

Good Finishing.
This product has a good finishing as described and shown in the pictures. I would like to see a thicker tube's thickness adjust to protect better my car's rear. In general happy with the material and product performance.

Awesome bumper saver !
My wife got ramed by a distracted driver on their phone, after getting the car fixed, I hurd about people using these as protection add-ons, gotta tell you even she has noticed the difference with drivers maintaining a safe distance on the road! Definitely recommend to anyone ! I got a lock from amazon as well usually recommended as combo purchase. Worth the investment !
