I like the pepper flakes. Subtler/smoother heat than your typical grocery store crushed red pepper. I can be a lot more liberal with this stuff. The bottle cap sucks though! The side for sprinkling is too small. And on more than one occasion we’ve accidentally opened the wide mouthed side and dumped a pile of flakes into a dish.

I'm as American as apple pie. Now having said that, Italian red pepper flakes are superior to ANY red pepper flakes in the world. I have no idea why. The heat and flavor are perfection. Maybe its the soil in Italy. Don't believe me? Try for yourself. For me, I am grateful that I can purchase this product from Amazon.

Pratica confezione, buon prodotto, ma conoscendo bene il peperoncino calabrese il gusto e la piccantezza non sono gli stessi di quello che si mangia in Calabria

Ho comprato questo peperoncino pensando che sarebbe stato molto piccante….e in vece anche mettendo molto si sente poco, il gusto non mi è piaciuto molto ma questo potrebbero essere soggettivo.
