Amazing product during summer.ita doea have any food colors nor preservatives. I am consuming daily with cold and hot milk. I would say taste is not great but from this product having genuine ingredients totally understandable. My mom having diabetic since 7 years cosuming it daily. Thanks fittuber for recommending.

Manna healthdrink is the best multigrains mix enriched with the goodness of 14 multigrains it’s so easy to make and tastes yummy with milk it has a nice cardamom flavour with the taste of nuts .. it’s so healthy that not only kids love it but I love it too for breakfast a perfect day starter to give you the required energy through out the day. Tasty product, but will keep giving burps throughout the day. good health results seen, i add some sugar and salt when preparing drink in mild warm water.
