He fell to the floor and has badly bruised his elbow. He is half the recommended maximum weight. We are hoping we were just unlucky with the poor quality but there was no option to replace. We can't seem to find a way of cont acting the sellers directly either. ### ⭐ Disposable product not long lasting from company who doesn't honour warranty *by M***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 May 2017* This is a lovely hammock. But it's not well designed or tied together. One side is coming untied and now barely hangs, I'm virtually sitting on the ground now. The loops pull inwards when you sit in it and some or all fall out of the grooves so you sometimes end up on the ground with the pole bashing you on the head. The company who sold it says there is a 2 year warranty but won't honour this in my case as despite me sending photos and describing the problem, they don't think there's proof these defects existed at the purchase date. But I have only used it one summer and it is wrecked and I'm well within the two years of purchase. So they ought to honour the warranty. I bought this together with Hanging Chair Stand Frame HSG-130 (Suspension height: approx. 215 cm) as was suggested on the page for the stand, and it's ok for me (50kg) as i just miss the bottom of the stand (about 15cm above ground), however my husband (100kg) can't use it as he's touching the bottom (would probably just about miss the ground if there was no stand)... So although the hammock can hold up to 150kg (i'm sure it can as it looks very strong) you might need to either hang it higher than 215cm for heavier/multiple users, or wind the strings around the wooden bar to bring the hammock higher which i did and it is ok for now.
