Front-loading darts holds 2 at a time.The orange part at the back is to prime the blaster, you'll need to pull it back and push it forward to shoot a single shot. Haven't found a way to fire both.The only other detail I wanted to mention is this doesnt have a breach loading system like a real shotgun.I also removed the stock by taking out a few screws if you want to do that, the stock goes pretty deep into the handle

We bought this as a birthday present for my son's friend. It's not probably the most durable toy we could have found, but its decent and looks good. My son's friend loved it, so it did the job.

first off, I bought this online for my nephew. he opens it and it didn't work five minutes after he opened it. I know its a toy and they aren't gonna last forever but it should have lasted longer than that. It did not reflect well on me since I'm the one who got this for him.
