Q: My bottom of the laptop cover won’t clip on both sides, it doesn’t quiet fit

Could you please kindly try to snap on it again ? Please hook the back of the bottom cover first and then snap the two side hooks, at last, push the front clips with a little power to make the two front clips attached. If it still doesn't work, please feel free to contact Mosiso customer service to help you solve the problems.

It fits either way but seems one way is more secure! It clips on super easy.
