The product description above says double sided, but the description below says single sided. How can I be sure I am getting the single sided?

The one we received was single sided. I imagine the double-sided description might be a typo because it seems that the board would be awkward to use if it was double-sided.

Are the cards that come with this set the ones from the images, double sided and with the open design, or are they different than shown?

Yes they are the ones shown in the image and they are double sided. The cards are not the size of the board.

How many rubber band in total?

There are enough rubber bands to make any of the included designs. I added a few more for my younger Children to make heir own designs for fine muscle development. They will crisscross and over lap shapes until the whole board is super covered. They love it!

Can I order replacement rubber bands?

Reading some reviews on Amazon, and seeing the photos some reviewers sent in, I didn’t want to end up with a lot of plain brown rubber bands in what is supposed to be a collection of colored bands. I bought an assortment of bands at Lakeshore Learning. I preferred their selections because they would better suit my purpose.
