Some problems with the lid
The product came with the lid stuck inside, and it was hard to remove. The item looks great, and just holding it in your hand, you can almost taste the copper … so I will return it and buy another one

Absolutely rubbish
Product turned green n nasty despite regular washing using lemons salt. Cups become damaged and nasty even quicker than the jug! Useless within a month of purchase.

Love this set, had 2 plus a water bottle. Well worth the money.

That copper tarnishes and you don’t try and scrub it out.
Just what it said ideal to keep topped with water for all day use. Makes a lovely added colour to your kitchen. The water takes on a slightly metallic taste not unpleasant.
