The first one stopped working after 4 months. They sent me a replacement that worked for almost exactly a year. I’m changing my review from 3 stars to 4 stars because in spite of the heating pads not lasting as long as they should, Dr. Duane has been great at honoring the two year warranty! Easy to deal with, quick replies to messages, clear communication, replacements sent in reasonable time. These are standards that can turn a negative buyer experience into a positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Dr. Duane in the future.Update: since my first review I came to realize that if I unplugged the heating pad AND waited a while, it might come back on ... for a while. Ultimately, it completely stopped working. I contacted the seller because it was still within the warranty period. I was sent another one in a fairly short time. I wanted to bump the review to 4 stars until I realized the new one doesn’t get as warm as the first. It’s definitely better than nothing but even the first one didn’t get nearly as warm as the other kinds I’ve used. If we had the option to give half-stars, I would have given 2.5 stars.
