When I try to charge it, it shorts out any other devices I’m trying charge, the charging dock doesn’t hold the charging cable in place, when it is charging solo I have to keep adjusting the cable for connection. I have tested all my chargers and cables and all work perfectly but due to the seller only having a 4 week return policy it’s no wonder I can’t find them to contact seller. Avoid at all costs and spend the extra on a reputable brand. Very poor after sales and product clearly not fit for purpose. ### ⭐ Bad enough for me to write this review. *by A***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 January 2019* From the day I received this product it would constantly switch between charging and not charging my phone, I had to leave it perfectly flat on a table for it to have any hope of it charging my phone consistently, but even that didn't work for 80% of the time. The case did charge my iphone 8 plus from 10% to 100% from one charge (when I finally got it to work that is.) Now sadly it does not even charge the case as the flimsy charging port has broken, all after one month, I mean yeah its only £20 but I expect better.Just spend a little more and get a good one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very sturdy, easy to use and think it saved my iphonex! *by G***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 July 2018* Bought this for the pru ride 100 so I could use strava and the pru ride 100 app and have extra charge for my long day. Switched on at 7.30am and it kept going until 4pm but did use all the charge, the iphone x would have died at around 11am... gps really does drain the battery. It is sturdy but as a result very heavy but fine on my bike - not ideal for pocket use. It just fitted into a decathlon waterproof case that i really did need on Sunday but unfortunately, I didn't see the safety strap on this and half way through the ride it fell off my bike into the road. i saw at least 50 riders hit and in fact ride over it... I was sure the screen and poss phone was toast but remarkably not a scratch when I was able to retrieve it thanks to a kind marshal. This lack of damage may have also been down to the outer soft case but the battery case provides a ridge around the screen and strength around the whole phone.
