Quick delivery and solid quality
Delivery through Amazon was brilliant, within 24h of ordering. Fitting was a little fiddly, firstly because the unit was not set as far back as the original and secondly due to both inlets having 90 degree elbows when one straight would have suited my installation. I could have bought different fittings but didnt have time to fiddle about. But overall seems good quality with good flow.

Really Good Quality
This is among the cheaper end of the Bristan range but the quality is superb. The face plate and knobs for water flow and temperature are heavily finished in chrome and i've been wiping the water marks off those items with a dry cloth immediatley after a shower. The result is they are as shiny as the day after they were fitted. The mixer works very nicely allowing smooth temperature adjustment as necessary.

Good quality
Looks good and replaces similar control plate . It is a slightly different size but even so , only 1 tile had to be replaced ..I call that a win ! Plumber said bit fiddly fit but good quality product . I like it .

Bristan wake up
I am a registered plumber. I have done lots of jobs, and installed many shower valves. This is a good valve, let down by very poor instructions. I mean verrrrry poor, idiotic, and useless. You need to read almost the full book before you can confirm the cold is on the right. No mention at all about minimum pressure this shower valve can be installed. No mention in the book this is a single outlet valve. As well they don't say a word about where the tiles should finish on the valve. Very disappointed with this, good service from Amazon, for the refund just not happy with bristan. As well the customer care is closed on Saturday. Really? Good valve, very bad instructions and no help at all
