These are good!
I like these tuners they work great and look good, they needed a little filing on the ends to fit my older 59 Duo Sonic because the tuning peg hole spaces on it are a little closer together than a traditional Strat or Telecaster. Super easy to do though.

Great fit, holds tune!
Worked great for my stratocaster build! Note I put these on an authentic CBS style fender neck/headstock

Very Good Reasonably Priced Vintage Split Post Tuners
These tuners work very well, as long as the spacing of your tuner holes is correct. I have paired them with https://a.co/d/cpoMQb7 so they fit in standard modern 10mm tuner holes. I've had to routinely ream the holes to proper size, then use these tuners with the Kaish bushings and have had no problems.

Well made and hold tune but screws are terrible
I bought these for a MIM Strat I love but always pictured vintage style tuners on it. The reason I didnโt give it 5 stars is the screws that come with the tuners and very easy to strip. You really have to concentrated when screwing them in or else they strip. You do have to drill small pilot holes but itโs is no big deal at all. All other holes are covered when complete. These tuners are fantastic. I put the guitar through itโs paces for 2 days and I found the tuners hold tune perfectly. I did have to buy the 10mm conversion bushings for it. They pop right in. Entire job took me about 20-25 minutes. Easy and self explanatory. I love looking at the headstock now. To me, the vintage tuners are so fitting for fenders and they are my favorite to restring. If your looking for vintage tuners I can definately recommend these. Hope this helps.

Awesome Cheap Tuners!
I've used Musiclilly before, especially for pickguards... I really like "vintage style" split shaft tuners, but Musiclilly's cheaper version didn't have the best reviews... Then I saw they were releasing these "Pro" split shafts... I took a chance and pre-ordered a set... When they came in, they were packed well, exactly as advertised, and they felt sturdy and substantial... I advise using a ruler or similar straight-edge to get them on straight... I got these for an '89 Squier II Stratocaster and they ALMOST hang over the headstock, so, they BARELY fit, but they do... After I got them on, they're smooth, the ratio seems to be on, and they do hold tune quite well... Especially for under $20... I would definitely recommend these if you have a cheaper project that needs some vintage style... Or, if you're like me and just love the simplicity, and the faster restring time split shafts afford you...

you have to press them in gently
Everything that i have ordered from Musiclily, has been top notch. And these are great for replacements on my Squier 60s telecaster

fit wasnt perfect but worked well once installed
despite having the correct model guitar for these, the spacing was too large for the screws that bridge between the individual tuners to reach. i had to purchase small washers to install these properly. once they were installed, however, they worked great. the tuners stay in tune and feel durable enough, and are significantly cheaper than the brand-specific tuners without a massive drop in quality. i run these instead of the name brand because of the value.

Specs are a bit off and sloppy construction
Measurements for fender or fender licensed necks are a bit off which means you need to do a bit of work to make them fit. Tuning stability is so so

Can't tell the difference between new and old!
These mechanics are old school, slow running guitar mechanics for ie. Strats and Teles. But: They are cheap, worth every EURO and they work flawlessly. I cannot - by eye - tell the difference between these mechanics and original mechanics. Much less hear it. They tune the guitar easily and precisely AND holds the tuning well.

Can hold a tune.
Good tuners, haven't noticed any slippage yet. I was keen for Ivory buttons, looks good on my guitar.

Way too loose for this Partscaster
Tuners are good and everything was included in the box, the the only issue is that the bushings are loose for this particular guitar, gotta order bushings nowโฆ

Solid and not expensive
They fit my MIM Strat neck perfectly. Actually, bushings were 0.1-0.2mm too small, so I applied a bit of wood glue around them, let it dry for several hours and they fit snug (if you don't let glue dry then bushings will stuck to the holes). All tuners aligned with existing screw holes perfectly. Screws themselves are a bit on small-ish side, but can't complain for the price. Worst case you add a bit of wood glue in each hole, let it dry and then the thin screws fit like a glove
