My son and I installed this 3.5 meter awning in less than two hours ( this included adjusting arms and pitch...I am a 57 yr old lady) . Quality of unit for price is excellent, all components are well made . Note, if installing on pebbledash, use a small chisel and chip out a few stones for each bracket foot...this allows a nice level footing and prevents your drill bit sliding off a stone and into a neibouring hollow.
