We watched the show about the blue zones where lots of people live to be over 100, and in some places sage tea is a daily drink so we thought we'd try some. This tea tastes nice and Buddha teas are always high quality.

I admit that sage is an acquired taste. If you are new to herbal teas you might want to stick with chamomile. If you are open to new flavors then sage with a bit of honey and a splash of lemon is wonderful. I particularly liked this brand. It has a nice sage taste without being overpowering. I bought another brand to try and it is a bit to much of a good thing. The other brand tasted slightly perfume-like. I will be back for more of this. I will forewarn you though that it may ship in a padded envelope which effectively guarantees that it will arrive in a crushed tea box. This is in now way the fault of Buddha Teas though and thankfully the packets have all been just fine in spite of the crushed packaging lol. However if you like to display your pretty/pricey tea boxes that may not be an option ordering them from Amazon.
