Review: Challenging, unique puzzle - We found this puzzle to be quite challenging. The pieces are extremely unique. I honestly thought we were missing some pieces during it because there were a few that I couldn't find, and I really didn't think we had them in the box. We ended up having every piece, it was just a challenging puzzle. The pieces feel high quality. The only criticism I have is that both of the blue images are on either side of half blood prince, and it made that section feel harder than it should have.

The pieces are not traditional shapes but that added to the challenge. The pieces are nice and thick but some are pretty small. Mine was missing 3 pieces out of one section to that was hugely disappointing 😭 overall, I thought it was fun and enjoyed putting it together and would recommend it.

A: I framed this! I actually had to buy a specific puzzle frame for this puzzle because it’s not a standard frame size. Took me months to find one that wasn’t dumb expensive. I got the frame on amazon though.

We found this puzzle to be quite challenging. The pieces are extremely unique. I honestly thought we were missing some pieces during it because there were a few that I couldn't find, and I really didn't think we had them in the box. We ended up having every piece, it was just a challenging puzzle. The pieces feel high quality. The only criticism I have is that both of the blue images are on either side of half blood prince, and it made that section feel harder than it should have.

It was missing some pieces but before I complained with a bad review I contacted the New York Puzzle Company by email and, the truth I didn't think they would answers me back, they were ready to help me out and they sent me a new box and I'm so ready to start putting it together ..... great costumer service !
