What does quarter sheet set mean?

Hi! Thank you for reaching out. A quarter sheet set simply means that the pan measures 13 x 9 inches. This baking pan set is used for smaller batches of cooking and is good for 1 to 2 people. We also have larger sizes which are the Jelly Roll set, which measure 10.6 x 15.6 inches; and the half sheet size, which measure 13.1 x 17.9 inches. Hope this answers your  question!

Will this fit a standard rv oven?

Our baking pan and rack set has 3 different kind of measurements, same with our cooling racks. 
Please check below:
For our cooling racks:

Quarter Sheet Rack measures 8.5" x 12" x 1" inches
Jelly Roll Rack measures 10" x 15" x 1" inches
Half Sheet Rack measures 11.8" x 16.9" x 1" inches

For our baking pan and cooling rack sets:

Quarter Sheet baking pan and rack set measures 9.6" x 13" x 1" inches
Jelly Roll baking pan and rack set measures 10.6" x 15.6" x 1" inches
Half Sheet baking pan and rack set measures 13.1" x 17.9" x 1" inches

Kindly measure the inner part or the inside of your rv oven to make sure of the measurements before purchasing, then check out the measurements above I gave you to make sure you get the right size of cooling rack, or baking pan/rack set you need.

Is there any point in buying a jelly roll pan if the 1/4 sheet is almost the same size? Or vice versa?

The jelly roll pan size is 10.6" x 15.6" inches, and the rack that goes with it has a 10" x 15" inches size. On the other hand, the 1/4 sheet/pan (quarter sheet size) is 9.6" x 13" inches, and the rack that goes with it is 8.8" x 12.5" inches size. The racks on both pans fits perfectly without snugging. I believe it is a matter of preference, the jelly roll pan is a bit bigger than the 1/4 sheet pan. I hope this helps! Feel free to message us anytime if you have any other questions.

Can this be used as a way to allow blender bowls to drip / drain in a smoothie shop?

Hi! Yes, it can be used as a drying rack or dripping pan because the wire racks are made of heavy-duty stainless steel. I personally use them as a drying rack for my cast iron pan. Hope this addresses your concerns!
