If you're SOLELY looking for a dickie/neck warmer/face cover, this is great. Unfortunately, I purchased this specifically for its utility as both a HOOD and BALACLAVA, which are impossible given the amount of material (or lack thereof).This is essentially a Book Sock, from when you were in middle school and had to protect your textbooks... same material, elasticity, (and smell believe it or not).
