I anchored this into the wall for a battle rope. I did buy concrete anchors from the hardware store. Works great so far doesn’t cut the rope at all and is sturdy.

Got this to attach my TRX bands outside as the bracket that came with them was too wide for the area I needed to attach to. This is compact and works great! Gives you good flexibility for what direction you want to stand in and secures really well to a wood surface. Really pleased with this.

We bought this for our garage gym and we use it as an anchor for our heavy rope as well as our TRX system. We mounted the anchors on studs and they work great, they feel really secure and I have no doubts that they will hold me up when using the TRX system. I have not tried to use the cement mounting hardware that came with it, but all the hardware is good quality and sturdy.

I used this for a security mount for my bicycle in a rented garage. I mounted it in a wood wall stud and it is rock solid. The price was right also. I really like the large "eye" it is perfect for easily threading my locking cable through.
