I was struggling to understand the dialogue on the website, even with the volume all the way up, and even when I slowed it down a little. I used my external speaker, and kept the house as quiet as possible, and was still struggling. I understand people face to face, so I thought it might just be the equipment. I decided to try a headset, and wanted something mid-range in price-- not the cheapest on the market, because I didn't think that would be an improvement over my external speaker, but I thought I'd probably get diminishing returns as the price went up, so I didn't want a $100 headset.I decided to look for a headset in the $25-40 range. This one had good reviews, and the description indicated it was made out of durable material, so I tried them. The sound is excellent. I am getting 100% on all my assignments now. Everything is beautifully clear. I don't think it could be much improved if I had spent $100. Maybe the sound would be a little richer if I were listening to music, but I do occasionally listen to music with these, and it sounds fine to me through this headset. The range of tones is pretty broad-- much broader than my laptop alone produces, and I don't need the volume to be as high to pick up details, so I don't get the distortion that happens with high volume.I would absolutely buy these again. They are just what I was looking for. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing value for the price *by J***E on April 11, 2019* Overall great headphones. I love the sound quality and that you don't hear the nudges and bumps to the chord like similar headphones I've tried. The material feels durable, we'll see how it holds up. The fit of the headphones is slightly peculiar and can be uncomfortable for my ear type if wearing for extended periods of time. Really nice design. The treble/bass equality is perfect. Definitely one of the best ear bud headphones that I've had in a long time.
