Factory amplifier integration harness for select 1999 to 2004 Land Rover Discovery and 1991 to 1999 Mercedes Benz vehicles plugs in behind the radio to retain the factory amplifier. Features 4 RCA Plugs that plug to the aftermarket radios pre amp outputs. No cutting of factory wiring needed.

Review: Perfect for a non-Bose Mercedes Benz W163 like the ML320 - Bought this to convert my 1999 ML320's crappy cassette deck to a crappy Android head unit. Works perfectly. Now my head unit has a single connection that integrates with the car amp/speakers. I did also need to get line-level converts since I head unit doesn't have preamp outs so I have to connect my speaker wires into the line level converter. Works great! Sounds great. I have no idea if this would work if you have the Bose system and are replacing the head unit.
Review: Perfect for 1997 E320 Mercedes-Benz - I'm very happy with this product. Gone are the days of hacking up the stock wiring harness as I'm sure we all have had fun with over the years. I changed from the stock stereo (Benz tape deck) to a JVC unit with Bluetooth. I looked at the harness and checked it to the stock harness to make sure power and ground all lined up, and they did. I tested with a test light stock power and constant power and they matched up perfect to this harness layout. Wired the new stereo harness on my kitchen table with my son and walk to the car, plugged it in and started the car. Power and sound all perfect! (Notes-- the speaker out on this harness has RCA adapters and the new stereo harness did not. So to avoid hacking this new conversion harness I used 2 of these, ((((2 of Rockford Fosgate RFIF2SW Speaker Line to Female RCA Adapter))), to wire clean and correct. Plugged right in color to color and fade and balance all work perfect!

Perfect fit for my '98 Mercedes ML320. I have the Bose system and this harness was a perfect fit and pinout for the vehicle allowing me to install a more modern deck and still use the stock Bose amp and speakers. The major part of the install was done on my electronics bench soldering/shrink wrapping this harness to the new deck's harness. After that it was "plug 'n play" to install it in the vehicle. Quick easy and professional results - I wouldn't do another install without one of these!
