Able to use bedside in the hospital. Much better than the shower caps.

I bought this for the bed-bound lady I cared for, worked great for 7 years until she passed. Had to patch a seam a couple times with silicone, other than that it held up. I put a 5-gal bucket under her bed, with the hose from the tub drain going into it. Home Depot sells them cheap. Then just dumped it outside. She was fussy about the opening of the tub where her neck sat, so we used a washcloth on each end. Slanting the tub a bit off the head end of the bed helps with drainage. The bed does need to be flat, or a slight tilt of feet up would be helpful too. We finally installed a hose with a spray nozzle from her bathroom shower that was long enough to reach her bed, and that gave us as much water as we needed, just had to dump the bucket periodically. Hose stayed in shower, and could have been used for her there, too. The water bag provided should be sufficient for most.

That was very nice of them to do without me even contacting them. They reached out to me and offered kind words and some compensation for my troubles. Well done! Awesome customer service! It was easy to use but didn't work well. The hose kept coming out of the bucket I put it in to drain. The hose coming from the water to wash with was leaking around the sprayer. I made a huge mess but it got the job done, I guess.

Great for washing my moms hair when she was confined to bed. Much nicer than using a bedpan and she loved it.

Did not help my mother and was disappointment. UPDATE: Although this kit did not work and was probably defective, the company quickly responded and refunded my money. FIVE STARS to this company! I'm very impressed and I applaud them for such exemplary service. Thank you so much! So rare and amazing!!! GREAT COMPANY!! I wish I could find something that works, though.

This product could definitely be improved so that it functions better. One of the biggest issues with it is that it leaks water. I fixed this by wrapping electrical tape around the area where the plastic tube connects to the sprayer. I'm still glad I bought this as I have to give my mom baths in bed and after modifying the product, it's okay for our needs - better than not having it.

i work with seniors and the disabled and this product it just perfect for a proper hair wash. also can be used for full sponge bath highly recommended
