I started using Melatonin 10mg at least a couple of years ago because I needed some help getting a good night sleep! It’s not habit-forming, just another over-the-counter sleep aide! It has really helped me relax, and get my must-have zzzzzz! Comes in other some other lower doses! I started on a lower dose and I realized it wasn’t a high even dose, and I usually have quite a bit of pain by bedtime! And I gradually worked up to the 10 mg! I found the Melatonin 10 mg in capsules, it has no taste, at least for me! I’ve tried the same dose in the tablets which has a flavor, but it’s not unpleasant! They work the same! It’s just a personal presence, and I find it easier to swallow small capsules versus tablets! And if there was a difference in cost, it definitely didn’t matter to me! I just feel like it’s worth it, since I know without them I’m not at relaxed & I won’t fall asleep!

This sublingual Melatonin works--helps my husband sleep. He says it tastes really bad, though. I smelled it and it smells bad, too.

Have used the 5mg tablets and decided to try the 10mg tablets. Not disappointed. Helps in falling asleep faster, and staying asleep during the night.

This is my usual brand of melatonin. It works well and I like the taste. This last bottle I purchased tasted horrible and the tablets look different. I’m planning to switch brands because of this change.

Did not like this product as it has a hard shell with liquid inside.

Several of the tablets are crumbled. I can inky assume it was in shipping, but maybe not.
