I purchased this product to help with my at home gem. I’ve had the product now for several years and it still works just like you. You can change how hard or light you want to squeeze the handle depending on how strong you are and you can build up muscle that way. It is great for your forum muscles and you can walk on the treadmill while you are using this. it is made of good quality and perfect for Jim or even if you want to take it with you to work and sit at your desk and squeeze it for stress

Inevitably the spring always breaks after many thousand uses. This is a good quality replacement.

Quality is decent for youth. I would hesitate trusting the precision of the spring correlating to an exact weight. I bought this for my boys for grip and forearm strength in baseball. Obviously, I had to try it out first. Putting in on the max setting seemed to soften the spring a little where each incrementally lower setting seemed easier to not only myself but to my boys. Still enough stiffness after a few weeks to justify the purchase.

I purchased this as a replacement for one that I received as a gift (that broke within three months of use. This one has lasted twice as long so far and shows no signs of wearing out. I'd had surgery on both wrists (a year apart) and wanted something more than therapy putty to increase my pincer strength. This trainer is awesome. What I really like is the adjustment that allows me to select how much resistance is applied. I can set it fairly low to work on pincer strength for the outer two fingers or increase it to work all four fingers. Well worth the price.

I saw them on a guy on Facebook and looked them up and I hace to say that they work great , I take them to work and when I’m driving I used it .

The item broke after 12 months of use. It’s not durable.

Big fan of this product. I really like that you can change the resistance. I bought it as my wrist was becoming sore from boxing. Ive been using this everyday and can feel my wrists getting stronger and I no longer have pain when boxing so im happy.

Great value and arrived quick. Have been mistaken for Popeye twice since receiving it, aside from the fact it was by myself when looking in the mirror, I still take that as a win. If you don’t buy this item you need to GET A GRIP!
