Good product
I am using these to make a "potentiometer" using 5mm round magnets. They work great and so far very reliable. I would recommend.

This is a quality Hall Sensor and I am faster because of it.
I used one of these Hall Sensors to change my Sim Racing Throttle pedal's 10k Potentiometer. It was a total hillbilly hack but works like a champ. I have been a sim racer online since 1999 and as we all know, potentiometer's are going to eventually get flaky and wear out. I ran across an example on a racing forum and decided to attempt the change. Using 2 Neodymium Disc Magnets, a plastic top from a pharmacy pill bottle, hot glue, and the old 10k pot since it was already there. I simply disassembled the pot, pout a hole in the top and cut it for clearance, glued to mag's to it, glued the sensor to the pedal and wired it up. It's the most responsive pedal I have ever used. I am already running faster laps directly because of this sensor. It's tough, and can be reverse wired without harming it. I was not easy on them and they show no flaws.

They seem to work ok but they were shipped via USPS and took a week to arrive.

Works as intended.
I used 2mm neodymium magnets with this sensor. Pretty low noise for what I paid. I burnt out one of these sensors because I didn't look at the pinout and assumed that the center pin was the output. Overall a good sensor

With BEVEL SIDE facing You, Left is +5VDC, Center is Ground, Right is Analog DC Voltage OUT !!!
I have not used these long enough, to know if they are Reliable, but they appear to perform in a way similar to Allegro Microsystems A1308 or A1324. ~ 2.5 VDC Out with NO applied external magnetic field. The Analog Output will Vary + or - 1.5VDC from the 2.5 VDC "Mid-Point", with a Strong "North" or "South" Magnetic Pole Applied Directly ( down to as low as +1 VDC, or up to as high as +4 VDC Out ).

They work.
Tested all 10 and they do what they should. Left to right on the beveled side pin out is as follows: VCC, GND, Out.

Works
It works as advertised but small voltage increase in voltage in the mag field

These work great for DIY Hall Effect edrum hi-hat controller
If you are looking to convert a hi-hat stand into a DIY Hall Effect control for edrums these are the correct sensor
