have been able to successfully charge my devices in all the countries I've traveled to
Pre-COVID I did a huge multi-country trip. I looked up ahead of time what adapters I would be needing and this set included what I needed and more. I left behind the plugs I didn't need and I had no trouble charging my various electronic devices while traveling on my trip. It gets the job done and I know it will get the job done on my future travels once COVID settles down.

Just what we were looking for
Very nice product. We were tired of going into the kitchen drawers, digging out and plugging / unplugging the 5v USB adapters and FitBit charging cables every 4 days or so. Now we can keep both FitBit USB charging cables connected all the time....and...by plugging this adapter upside down (using the top 2-Prong outlet)...we now have 3 120v plug-ins available for that outlet. I also like the mobile flexibity when needed....everything goes with you in the soft travel bag included.

I Love This Device
I've been to 16 countries in the last 2 years. This thing goes everywhere. All of my devices can handle 100V to 240V so no transformer is not a problem. Combination of 2 sockets, plus the USB ports make this a one stop shop for power everywhere from Milan to Oklahoma City to Shanghai. I even use one at home to give me just the ports I want.

overheated and destroyed hair dryer
Bought 2 of these, one for my mom and one for myself for a trip to France and the UK. The first night in Paris my mom used hers to blow dry her hair. This did not work properly as it overheated the hair dryer and completely stopped working. Therefore, I did not open or use mine. Had I known this, I would have never purchased, read all reviews and was not aware of this potential outcome. I intended to return mine, but discovered they gave only a 1 month window for returns. I bought these 2 months ahead of our trip, so I am not able to return. Completely disappointed and would definitely NOT recommend.

OKay product
I found that the two outlets at the top worked just fine and charged relatively fast, but after the first few hours of using the two USB ports, they stopped working entirely. Luckily I brought the cubes along with the cords while I was overseas so I could still charge my items. Again, no issues with the two plugs, but beware if you are buying this for the USB ports.

Portable and easy to use 2000W charger
Bought this 2000W travel adaptor for a family trip to Ireland. It’s well packaged and the storage bag makes it easy to transport in a backpack. The adaptor worked well for charging four devices (iPads, iPhones, Apple watches, portable chargers) at once. Didn’t work as well for converting the current for a hair dryer as the higher current caused the hair dryer to run too hot, so we had to use the hair dryers supplied in the hotel.

Easy and exactly what we needed
Used this on a recent international trip. It worked like a dream. It was especially useful at the airport to turn one charging socket into two plus two USB. The USB ports were fast charging and we had no problems with them at all. I really can't think of anything bad to say about it. The price is good, it was packaged well. Met every need we had. Just awesome.

Worked for a week
Worked great in the UK for about a week. Then, we plugged in a hair dryer , Sparks flew and the USB ports stopped working.
