will this work for piping? I want to write wording, let it harden, and then put on top of a cake.

I tempered the chocolate, and still had a difficult time having the chocolate remain hard at room temp. It did harden in the fridge/freezer which may allow you to write on your parchment to then transfer to cake, but be warned once the cake is room temp, the chocolate may become 'wet' again. What is the diameter?

They are small disc shape chocolate. You can either out a cup of the discs in a bowl & use your microwave on low. Put on low for 20 sec.at a time or use a double booked on top the stove. You need to use the chocolate quickly because the chocolate will form up quickly

Will this harden for molded candies? Will it hold it's shape if I pour into silicone mold?

Tempering instrucciones are very easy, you can even use the microwave to accomplish it. Melting the chocolate in intervals of 30 seconds and stirring is enough.

Creamy and chocolately

I was impressed when I opened the box and found my chocolate wrapped in a insulating, reflective bubble wrap envelope. Then, I opened the envelope and two things fell to the floor. ICE PACKS!!!! The chocolate was creamy and wonderful, just like you want your milk chocolate to be.

Bought these for a chocolate fondue and boy were they tasty! I ended up eating all the leftovers. They are kinda pricey but for the quality of flavor compared to other reviews on different chocolates I think they were worth it.
